Raspberry PI and Makey Makey troubles
« on: September 20, 2016, 11:37:38 PM »
Heya

Sorry if this is really dumb,  but I'm trying to get the Makey Makey to work with my Raspberry PI, is there anything i should be doing to make it work?  I'm running around in circles trying to figure it out and not really seeing much online about it?

Should it just work?
Do I need to change any settings?
Download a driver?
I just cant seem to make this work? I'm sure it will be something ludicrously simple that I just don't seem to know or understand?

Hey SomeHairyWhiteGuy,

Hmm - yes, it should just work.  Have you tried the Makey Makey on a different computer?  Or tried other devices in that R_pi port?  It could be a hardware issue.

Good luck!

What OS do you have on that Raspberry Pi? I successfully used Makey Makey with a Raspberry Pi 2 model B running RetroPie.
